How to Crack windows 7 password using Cain and Abel.

Hi guys in this tutorial i am gonna show you how to crack Windows administrator password without knowing it.This article is only for educational purpose.Have you ever tried cracking a windows password with or without software?If not i am gonna show you how to crack windows 7 password using Cain and Abel.

Cain and Abel is a password recovery tool.It cracks encrypted password using brute force attack,Dictionary attack and more.The cracking time may take few seconds or few years depending upon the password but result will be positive.In my previous posts i discussed with you how to change Administrator password using CMD and computer management.So lets start cracking windows 7 using Cain and Abel.

Steps:

1.Download Cain and Abel(CLICK HERE).

2.After installing open Cain and Abel and you will see a screen as shown below.

3.Browse to "Cracker" tab in it.Now you will see a list on the left side.Click on LM & NTML hashes and click on '+' i.e add to list button which is available at the top section.

4.Check "import hashes from local system" and click next.It displays total accounts residing on your PC.

5.If the account as password it show nothing under NT password and if it as no password it show Empty under NT password.In this i am gonna show how to crack using guest account which as password "yashu".

6.Right click on the required account and click Brute force attack>NTMl hashes.

7.Now check predefined under charset and select the suitable dictionary to use and click start.After few seconds you will see the required password in the "start from" box as shown below.

Select any one dictionary and click on start and wait for few minutes.After few minutes your password will be displayed in start form box.
