Hi friends in this tutorial i am gonna show you how to make password protected folder using rar.In one of my recent post i discussed with you about How to lock a folder by using notepad now let us try locking the folder using winrar. Winrar is one of the best compression utilities but very few know how to use it to protect the folder. Winrar allows us to encrypt folders with 128 bit key. The main advantage of this tutorial is that the confidential data that is residing on our desk (PC) could be protected against the hackers or from your friends.
